Office Closure Notice 9/25 - 9/28 (click for details)
Please note that our office will be closed for the Yom Kippur Holiday from Friday afternoon Sept. 25th through Monday, Sept. 28th. Orders can still be placed on the website during this time and we should be able to have them processed when we reopen on Tuesday, Sept. 29th.
Please also note that due to social distancing measures in place for the current COVID-19 situation, we will be limiting our in-office hours to 10am-3pm (Eastern Standard Time). We can always still be reached via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) outside of these hours. Shipping is currently on schedule and orders are being processed and shipped without delay.
A note on our inventory: Many of our popular forms are out of stock and are only available for pre-order (as noted on each product's page). The current COVID19 crisis has caused significant delays with our factories. We do apologize for this inventory issue and we are working on getting all of our production back on track. Thankfully, most of our production has been restarted and we expect to be fully restocked by late September.
