Please note that our office will be closed for the Mid-winter break from Friday afternoon, January 22nd through Monday, January 25th. Orders can still be placed on the website during this time and we should be able to have them processed when we reopen on Tuesday, January 26th.
A note on our inventory (as of January 2021): Many of our popular Professional Dress Forms are out of stock at the moment and are only available for pre-order (as noted on each product's page). The current COVID19 crisis had caused significant delays with our factories in the first half of 2020. Even though we have been working diligently on this issue and production in our factories is running optimally again, it will take us a few additional months to fully restock. Until then, our forms can be preordered and should be ready to ship out at the date noted. We sincerely appreciate your patience with us.
Please note that due to social distancing measures in place our phone service might be intermittent. We can always still be reached via email (email@example.com) and we will do our best to respond on time. Shipping is currently on schedule and in-stock orders are being processed and shipped without delay.
You can still enjoy our free shipping on all orders over $49 shipping within continental United States (which excludes Hawaii, Alaska and PR).
